EXPERIENCE

I have been actively involved in real estate appraising since February 1990 as both an independent fee appraiser and as a staff appraiser for a New York based savings and loan. My experience includes the appraising of single family homes, individual cooperative and condominium units, small income properties, and residential vacant land. In New York I have appraised residential properties in the Five Boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. In New Jersey I have appraised properties in Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Monmouth County and Union County. I am familiar with real estate values in these areas and I have a complete knowledge of FHMA/FHLMC appraisal reports. I am currently on the HUD selection roster for residential appraisals in both New York and New Jersey.
